1. About This Service

"Netra Vaycanina" refers to the YouTube channel "Vaycanina" and the private content automation system that publishes videos to it. The automation system ("the System") is a single-user internal tool operated by the channel owner to schedule, generate, and publish their own video content.

There is no public-facing service, no user accounts other than the channel owner's, and no third-party access. These Terms exist solely because Google's OAuth Verification process requires publicly accessible Terms when an application requests sensitive scopes such as youtube.upload.

2. Eligibility

The System is operated by and for the channel owner. It is not offered to, accessed by, or usable by any other party.

3. Use of Google / YouTube APIs

The System uses the YouTube Data API v3 strictly to:

• Upload videos to the owner's own channel.
• Read and update metadata on the owner's own videos.
• Read analytics on the owner's own channel.

The System complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use provisions).

By interacting with YouTube via this System, the channel owner agrees to be bound by:

• The YouTube Terms of Service
• The Google Privacy Policy

4. Content Standards

Videos published through the System:

• Are owned by the channel owner or used under license / public-domain status.
• Do not contain misinformation: the System enforces a "Truth Layer" requiring all factual claims to be sourced; LLM-generated speculation is programmatically rejected.
• Do not target minors as a primary audience.
• Comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

A published forbidden-topics list (e.g., ancient-aliens framing, occult-conspiracy framing, fabricated history) is enforced inside the System's content gates.

5. Intellectual Property

• Channel content: Owned by the channel owner. Standard YouTube licensing applies (CC BY where indicated; otherwise All Rights Reserved).
• System code: Private repository; not licensed for redistribution.
• Third-party assets (stock footage, public-domain imagery, AI-generated frames): used in compliance with their respective licenses.

6. Disclaimers

The System and the channel content are provided "as is". The channel owner makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that all content is free of errors. Viewers should verify factual claims against primary sources before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the channel owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the channel content or System.

8. Termination

The channel owner may discontinue the System or the channel at any time without notice.

9. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
